Nov 01, 2011 CopyBot is a program written with libsecondlife (not affiliated with or distributed by the libsecondlife team) that connects to Second Life which allows users to make copies of objects without the permission of their creators. CopyBot does not need permissions to copy an object. The copier does not even need to own the object. About a CopyBot Lets talk about CopyBot. This is Second Life's big mistake,due to the tests of the Linden Lab creation. The CopyBot is a online file exporter and importer. The CopyBot is a build inside of a 'Phoenix Firestorm Viewer' -this is the same copy of second life viewer,but that viewer have been modified with many functions,possobilities. CopyBot function is to copy objects in second life 3D world.
The CopyBot have function to copy sculped objects,that been made by a sculpting application.!!! Thats not the end!!! CopyBot is able the export more than sculpties! Example: Hair,clothing,shape,skin,wearable clothing,Standart Second Life prims,Buildings,particles and also megaPrims. But unfortunetly CopyBot do not support mesh object prims: reason is,that created objects in any program can be converted to the mesh too,so creators of cars,houses,cities use mesh,to protect their stuff from CopyBotting. Also,if you are wondering in a copying mesh,that will be just a box of a textures and nothing more. That means: MESH IS NOT COPYABLE.
