Then, depending on the version of OS X you're using, you can use Disk Utility to delete each partition and resize the free space back into one partition. Or if using OS X El Capitan select the drive in Disk Utility and Erase it which will make one partition. You will lose all your data except for the 1st partition. Afterwards, you can slice up the partition into the sizes you want and restore your data to the new partitions. You might want to let us know what version of OS X you're running along with a screenshot from Disk Utility of your current 4 partition structure.
